“You deserve someone you can truly be yourself with, and feel comfortable sharing the best and scariest parts of you. We will work together to build trust and learn about what’s going on in your life. Using the right tools, what we can achieve together is truly remarkable.”

“To know thyself is the beginning of wisdom.”
Meredith is an Associate Professional Counselor. She received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Georgia University. She specializes in women’s issues, parenting, life transitions, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. With her warm and empathetic approach, she creates a space for clients to feel comfortable in talking about the difficulties in their life. Then, she works with the client to create a plan to help them reach their therapeutic goals. Meredith likes to use an integrated approach that blends elements of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
