“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do”

- Brené Brown

Stepping into counseling can be a confusing or intimidating process. However, it is a courageous step towards healing. My hope within the counseling session is to join you and/or your child wherever you are in that process to see the world through your frame of reference. I believe that every person holds strength and resilience that can be brought to light and utilized throughout this process.

I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I hope to personalize my work to your needs. I work to empower you to find the confidence to live in the present, while still tending to and honoring the parts of your past that may be holding you back or informing your present. Whether that is building skills, processing the past, or navigating the present. We will collaborate together to identify those goals and the hopes that you carry for this journey.

Trust is something that I believe is earned, and I hope that in our time together you can feel the safety of the space, nonjudgement, and value for your experience as we work together.
