Women’s Self-Compassion and Confidence Group
6 Virtual Sessions · Wednesdays (beginning in June) · 6–7:30 PM
Are you struggling with feeling like you are “not enough” or “too much”? Combat self-doubt and negative self-talk, and become more self-led by cultivating inner compassion, confidence, courage, and connectedness. This group is a safe and non-judgmental space for women to connect, share their experiences, and support each other. Members will learn how to nurture their inner parts and acquire skills to reduce self-blame and scaffold self-compassion through psychoeducation, processing, and guided exercises.

ADHD Support Group
10-Week Program · Wednesdays · 6–7:30 PM
Each week focuses on a specific ADHD topic, sharing strategies and building skills together. Includes a 15–20 minute phone consultation before the group begins.
