Eating Disorders

Eating is fundamental to life, so how did it get so frustrating? We are just doing our best to choose the right amount of healthy food to fuel our day. Yet when we experience distressing thoughts and emotions around food, we have trouble making healthy choices. It can feel like, no matter how hard we work to make healthy food choices, we still end up working against our own best interests when the fork hits the plate.

Unlike other unhealthy habits, eating cannot be avoided. Those of us with unhealthy habits or emotional triggers based around food have no escape; we have to eat food every day, whether it is a healthy or unhealthy choice.

We remove the stigma from eating disorders. Our therapists know that nothing willpower-based can work permanently until you mend your broken relationship with eating. When was the last time you felt genuine joy and freedom about eating? Our compassionate and nonjudgmental therapists can work alongside your nutritionist and other healthcare professionals to guide you through real life solutions to get you to a place where you experience that freedom every day.
