Our six week Grief & Loss Group offers a supportive environment where individuals can express their pain, find understanding and acceptance of their feelings, and explore concerns surrounding the roller coaster of emotions associated with a loss. Most importantly, this process group offers valuable tools for coping within an atmosphere of encouragement and hope. The group meets weekly for six weeks, and is open to anyone who has experienced a loss.
